The former “That 70’s Show” co-stars were seen heading in the restaurant together before sharing an intimate meal with a close friend in the swanky restaurant.

Although the 28-year-old cutie has consistently denied claims that she and the "Punk'd" creator are dating even calling it “bulls***,” she is still keeping quiet about the romantic side to the pairs arrangement.

In a recent interview with Glamour magazine, the "Black Swan" actress opened up about dating rumors saying, “I’m OK in my personal life,” she says. “I’ve never dated. I can say this honestly: I don’t know what it’s like to date. But also, how am I going to date? I’m not in one state long enough.”
